Managing Partner: Steve Hunt, (716) 444-0299
Steve is a partner with other family members in Brisbane Realty Associates, LLC, the building’s owner. He has worked full time in all aspects of commercial brokerage since 1977 with Hunt Commercial Real Estate Corporation which occupies 3,742 square feet in Suite 400. Steve was a founding member of the Western New York Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and its President for five years. He currently serves as its Controller and Board Member.

Managing Partner: Peter F. Hunt
Peter is owner of Hunt Real Estate, Hunt Commercial Real Estate, Network Title Agency (whose office is in 4,900 sf on the seventh floor), Hunt Mortgage and Hunt-Vanner Insurance. Peter began his career in real estate in 1974, is a leader in many national, regional, and local real estate organizations. Hunt Real Estate Corp. operates throughout New York State, has offices in Arizona and Florida, with affiliations throughout North America. Peter has been General Chair, and continues to support extensively The United Way and countless local and national charities.

Kathy has worked in real estate since 1990 as an agent, digital artist, and data base researcher. She is also an accomplished artist and photographer, whose art work is displayed in the building.
Leasing Agent: Heidi Nuessle, (716) 880-1917
Heidi has been an office leasing specialist with Hunt Commercial since 1995 and in her career has leased or sold over 800,000 square feet. Working closely with Property Management Associates and Hunt Commercial’s Marketing Department, she has access to all necessary drawings and support materials for a prospective tenant’s decisions.

Property Management Associates of WNY, Inc. (PMA) was formed in 1998 and manages office buildings and retail centers throughout Western New York. The principals of PMA have all been involved in the management and renovation of the Brisbane Building since 1984 when Hunt Commercial moved into the building.
Property Management – President: Linda L. Stang
Linda is founder, owner, and President of Property Management Associates of WNY, Inc. She has been the leading property manager in Upstate NY for over 30 years. Linda is past local President and national board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and has taught property management courses for over 20 years. Her courses cover all aspects of management, construction, accounting, legal, risk management and ethics. She has been responsible for the management of over 4,000,000 sf in WNY, including Rochester. Linda’s clients include Tops Markets and Wilson Farms where she is responsible for the coordination of real estate tax appeals in various municipalities throughout New York State. Property Management Associates occupies space on the sixth floor of the Brisbane Building.
Property Management – Lease Administrator: Marissa Stang
Marissa is the most recent addition to the Property Management team. She graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish. She currently handles all accounts payable and accounts receivable for the building, as well as tenant/customer service and manages the building maintenance staff. She is a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson and will begin taking courses offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management in Summer 2012.
Property Management – Construction Coordinator: Richard Stang
Rick (Linda’s brother) is an employee of Property Management Associates and the owner and President of Stang Construction, Inc. He is primarily responsible for the building and renovation of the building’s suites and the administration of capital improvements inside and outside the building. Rick has run his own construction company since 1976 and was project manager for C. Stuart Hunt’s renovation which started in 1986 and continues today.
Board Member: William Johnston
C. Stuart Hunt’s brother-in-law and the uncle of Steve, Peter, and Kathy, Bill has been an indispensable advisor to the Hunt family, Hunt Real Estate, and the Brisbane Building for over 30 years. He was an executive with Ford Motor for 45 years in Detroit, as well as managing its plants in the UK, Brussels, and Brazil. Bill attends all Management Team meetings by telephone from Detroit but communicates on average weekly with, especially, Linda on Brisbane budget matters.
